Refund policy

Exchanges
In the unlikely event you receive a defective or damaged item, we will be happy to replace the item free of charge. Please email marketingstore@enovationcontrols.com within 30 days from the date you ordered the product to begin the process.

Returns
Enovation Controls Supply will accept returns within 30 days from the date ordered. For your return to be eligible, the items must be unused, unwashed and unworn and in their original package. Return shipping must be prepaid. Please email marketingstore@enovationcontrols.com to begin the process. 

Refunds
Once your item(s) has been received, we will notify you in order to initiate a refund. Only items that are returned unused, unwashed and unworn and in their original package will be eligible for a refund. We will only refund shipping charges if we've sent the wrong item, or if the item sent is defective. All items will be issued in the form of store credit.
